HB Tamrakar,Washington, D.C. – Sunita Khatri has been elected as the Women Vice President of the Non-Resident Nepali Association National Coordination Council (NRNA NCC) USA for the 2025–2027 term.
In her statement following the election, Khatri expressed deep gratitude to the election committee, voters, media, volunteers, management team, and well-wishers for their continuous support throughout the electoral process.
“I am deeply humbled and honored to have been elected as the Women Vice President of NRNA NCC USA. This achievement would not have been possible without your unwavering support, trust, and encouragement,” Khatri stated.
She praised the tireless efforts of the election committee, the invaluable participation of voters, the extensive coverage by media, and the hard work of volunteers and the management team, acknowledging their collective role in making the journey meaningful and successful.
Khatri emphasized her commitment to serve the Nepali community with honesty, dedication, and compassion. “Thank you for believing in me, guiding me, and even challenging me along the way. Every experience has only strengthened my commitment to serve our community,” she added.
Looking ahead, she pledged to work together with all stakeholders to strengthen NRNA and ensure the well-being of the Nepali diaspora in the United States.
