HB Tamrakar,Connecticut/New York –In a recent diplomatic visit to the United States, the Former Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Foreign Affairs of Nepal, Honorable Narayan Kaji Shrestha, held a series of high-level meetings and interactive engagements with members of the Nepali community as well as local government officials in Connecticut and New York.
The visit served as a significant platform to discuss and advance matters concerning Nepal–U.S. bilateral relations, diaspora engagement, and collaborative efforts toward Nepal’s development. During these sessions, the Honorable Shrestha emphasized the growing importance of diaspora contributions in shaping Nepal’s socio-economic transformation and expressed deep appreciation for their continuous support.
