“High-Level Trilateral Dialogue on India–Gulf Parliamentary and Investment Cooperation”
HB Tamrakar,Dubai, UAE – July 13, 2025—Hon’ble Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh, Dr. Mohan Yadav, held a landmark meeting in Dubai with Mr. Rizwan Aalam, Founder & Managing Director of HRH Prince Salman Bin Faisal Al Saud Investments, and H.E. Mohammed Ahmed Alyammahi, President of the Arab Parliament, marking a significant step toward bolstering India–Gulf relations.

During the ceremonial reception, CM Yadav greeted both dignitaries with traditional khadas and commemorative gifts, symbolizing mutual respect and long-term collaboration.

The two-hour trilateral dialogue focused on three key areas:
- Parliamentary Cooperation: Enhancing legislative exchange and fostering cultural ties between Madhya Pradesh, the UAE, and Arab League institutions.
- Foreign Direct Investment (FDI): Unlocking investment opportunities in Madhya Pradesh’s priority sectors including energy, infrastructure, technology, and agriculture through HRH Prince Salman’s royal investment network.
- Regional Development: Establishing joint development frameworks aligned with Gulf capital flows and Arab Parliament initiatives.
“This meeting marks a significant step in aligning India’s state ambitions with Gulf and Arab parliamentary support. Together, we will foster deeper economic collaboration and mutual understanding,” said Dr. Mohan Yadav.
