Originally from Sukoura, Tripurasundari Rural Municipality-7 in Dhading and now a permanent resident of Hariyali Samaj, Lolang Height, Tarkeshwor Municipality, Kathmandu, Yojana is a sixth-grade student at API School, Dhapasi Height, Tokha Municipality. From the moment she stepped into the sporting world, she has displayed rare self-confidence, unwavering dedication, and fearless determination.
When she began training at such a young age, many might have wondered, “Can someone so young really make it to the international stage?” Her answer was written in the sweat after long practice sessions and the discipline of cold early-morning training.
Golden Glory in Thailand
August 9–10, 2025 — Pattaya City, Thailand. A gathering of young athletes from around the world. This was not just a competition; it was a test of courage, skill, and perseverance.
At the 8th Heroes International Taekwondo Championship, Yojana Gauli proudly carried Nepal’s flag into the arena. Competing in the Under-11 Poomsae (Single) category, she commanded the audience’s attention from her very first move. Every stance and every strike reflected deep discipline.
To the judges, it was not merely a performance — it was a statement: “Nepal’s future generation is ready.”
